Already done the body scan exercise? Skip to 1:01 to start the beats!
Haven't done it yet? Do it now!
At the end, be sure to stick around for some pro tips on how to get all those facts “locked in” to your brain's permanent storage.
WHY THIS PATTERN? 90 minutes of the same frequency is likely to result in distraction, so this one changes periodically to keep your brain interested!
Personally, I don't recommend using binaural beats for more than 90 minutes a day … but I know there's nothing I can do to stop you if you're really determined to use them for a full day. Just promise me you'll stop once your brain starts to hurt! š

DISCLAIMER:
Iām not a doctor, just a nerd who loves meditation and experimenting with new things. I test every binaural beat track on myself and make sure I'm happy with the result before I make it public. Ultimately, every person is going to have their own unique experience. Using this track is done at your own risk — if you start to experience any negative effects, STOP using it!

Hiya! Thank you for your incredible work, Jody! Are you serious about the “non-doing-for-more-than-90-minutes” stuff as to the binaural beats? Or is it a joke? I mean, I’d do it for more 4 times a day as I’d love to assimilate better the information I study. Besides, how about the 8 hour sleep binaural beat?
Thank you in advance š

Here’s a little info on the scientific name for “working in 90-minute intervals”:

As with any theory, there are people that disagree, but there are tons and tons of successful people that swear by it. I personally notice that I am most effective when I work in 90-minute periods then take a short break.
Lots of students have written to me saying they had my study track on repeat for many hours without any side effects. That kind of thing definitely isn’t for me, but my response to them is usually along the lines of, “just promise me you’ll turn it off when you start feeling dizzy.” š
As for the 8-hour sleep track, I made it because so many people were asking for it, but I only use the 60-90-minute sleep tracks myself.
