I just heard about your new tracks. Do I have to buy the package again to download them?

Nope! 🙂

To access the new tracks, either:

1. Log in to your Gumroad account (using your email address).
   – or –
2. Click the download link in the original email you received from me when you first bought.

How do I create a Gumroad account?

How do I download the files to my device?

To download to your phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, etc:

1. Log in to your Gumroad account. You’ll then be able to access all your files for all your purchases throughout the website.
   – or –
2. Track down the email you got from Gumroad when you first bought my package – that should let you download all your files. To find it, search your emails for “gumroadsupport@jodyhatton.com”

Once downloaded, how do I play the files?

I recommend using the VLC app.

These files are big! I don't have enough space on my phone.

You don't have to download EVERY file — just the ones you intend to use. 🙂

I don't like digital downloads. Can you send me CDs instead?

Lots of my tracks are 90+ minutes long, and unfortunately, CDs can't go any longer than 80 minutes. To listen to a 90-minute sleep track, you would have to wake up after the 80-minute mark, change CDs, then listen to the final 10 minutes. Listening to the 8-hour track would be a nightmare!

If I buy your packages, can I mix your tracks into my content?

Each purchase from my store is good for one user (it's not a license to use the tracks in other works, or share them with others). Let's collaborate!
