Just published to Gumroad! (Coming to YouTube later)…
3 tracks for students (and non-students who just want to focus on work).
Depending on how you schedule your productivity, whether you follow BRAC (the 90-Minute Basic Rest Activity Cycle) or something else, here's…
90 Minutes of Focused Studying, v2
The popular YouTube track, without the intro, outro and 2-minute warning that accidentally scares a lot of people:
60 Minutes of Focused Studying
Same basic idea with adjusted timing, so you can take a 30-minute break then repeat:
30 Minutes of Focused Studying
A few more adjustments to squeeze a power-study session into a short amount of time:
“What am I looking at, exactly?”
If you check out those wiggly lines going through the Alpha region, all tracks keep the frequencies shifting periodically over time. Your brain will be continuously adapting to a beat that changes, to help reduce the chance of “tuning it out” after a while and getting bored or distracted.
That's the basic idea, anyway.
As I say, I'm not a doctor, scientist, etc. etc. 😉
